Your travel documents and confirmed itinerary are emailed to you once Network Rail has confirmed the timings, around 5 days before departure. Documents are only issued once your booking is paid in full. You can also download them in Manage booking once they're available, using your booking reference, departure date and surname.
Please note: timings shown on our website and on your booking confirmation are provisional. Always use the times on your travel documents.
You don't need a printed ticket or barcode to board. Our on-board team has a seating plan with every passenger's name and seat, so your booking reference is enough. Your e-tickets show your carriage and seat numbers, and you can add a mobile ticket pass to your phone or print them if you prefer.
Haven't received them? If it's less than 5 days before departure:
Check Manage booking, where you can download them once they're issued.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Northern Belle. If you've had a text saying your documents were sent but nothing has arrived, this is usually where they are.
Make sure the email address on your booking is correct.
Contact the reservations team with your booking reference and departure date, and we'll resend them.
