You'll receive two emails after booking:
Your booking confirmation, sent automatically as soon as your booking is made, with the subject "Exciting times ahead! Your booking confirmation". It shows your journey, departure station, passengers, seating and what you've paid. It also carries the provisional timings from the journey page. Your confirmed timings come later, with your travel documents.
A follow-up from the reservations team, "Northern Belle Post Booking Confirmation", asking you to check the details and tell us about any dietary requirements or mobility needs.
Please check both carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong, especially passenger names and your departure station. You can check your booking at any time, and fix names, dietary requirements or your departure station before your tickets are issued, in Manage booking. You'll need your booking reference, departure date and surname.
Haven't received them? Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Northern Belle, and make sure the email address on your booking is correct. If you still can't find them, contact the reservations team with the lead passenger's name and departure date and we'll resend them.
