Already booked? You can use a gift voucher to pay your balance in Manage booking, with your booking reference, departure date and surname.
A voucher can be used on any journey promoted on our website, and combined with other payment methods if it doesn't cover the full price. It can also pay for on-board purchases or boutique gifts, as long as they're pre-booked before you travel.
A voucher doesn't reserve a seat. Journeys sell out quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as you can.
