This applies to e-gift cards bought on our website. The voucher you may have been given on board, and vouchers from partners such as Virgin Experience Days or Red Letter Days, have their own rules; please contact the reservations team about those.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they're sent. You need to book your journey before the voucher expires, but your travel date can be later. A voucher can be split across more than one journey.
Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash. If you've used part of your voucher and want to check the remaining balance, please contact the reservations team with your voucher code.
