How do I validate the voucher I was given on the train?

If you were given a Northern Belle voucher on board, you need to validate it before you can use it. This takes a minute:

  1. Type northernbelle.co.uk/redeem into your browser's address bar. Don't search for it; search results and the Gift Vouchers page won't get you there.

  2. Enter the unique validation code printed on your voucher, then your name and email address. You don't need an account or to sign in.

  3. Your voucher is emailed to you straight away with a voucher code. Use that code when you book your next journey, online at the payment stage or by phone.

If the email doesn't arrive, check your junk folder, then contact the reservations team.

The rules: each on-board voucher must be validated individually, and you can redeem one per person per calendar year. Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it's sent, so book before it expires. It can only be used on a new booking, not one you've already made, and it can't be combined with any other offer or discount. A voucher doesn't reserve a seat, so book early. The journeys it can be used on are listed on the voucher itself.
