If anyone in your party has a medical condition or disability that may affect the journey, please give us full details before we confirm your booking. This lets us advise whether the journey is suitable.
If you may need treatment or help on board — for example oxygen, a wheelchair, or help using the bathroom — our booking terms require you to:
send us an up-to-date certificate from your doctor confirming you're fit to travel, no later than 5 days before departure, and
travel with a companion who can give you the help you need, as our staff can't provide personal assistance.
Injections for well-managed diabetes don't count as treatment for this purpose. Without the certificate or a suitable companion, we may have to refuse travel. Full details are in our Booking Terms & Conditions, section 11e.
